Hello! I’m Charley Clarke.

I am an Impact Measurement and Management specialist with 20 years’ experience, consulting to impact investing, international development and industrial sectors.

I am passionate about helping my clients design strategy and systems to achieve and credibly demonstrate impact through their investment portfolios and services.

How I work

I take a collaborative, partnership approach to co-create solutions in 3 phases:

Discovery: We start by sharing documents as pre-read material: I will offer relevant technical resources, and you provide me with your Fund and IMM System documentation. We then unpack understanding, knowledge on IMM, the status of your IMM system.
Diagnostic: We co-develop an overall ToR for an IMM partnership, defining objectives, challenges, pain points, and expectations.
Delivery: We work to agreed timelines and milestones to co-deliver solutions to your IMM objectives and challenges.
